Jan mcneil

Chief Executive Officer

Jan is an experienced tech executive who has spent her career building highly effective teams. In her current role as CEO, Jan leads the Lev teams as they helps top brands connect with their customers.

Jan was previously COO of Lev where she led the consulting organization charged with creating incredible client experiences. Prior to joining Lev, Jan spent her career in tech-enabled services leadership and growth strategy, including serving in executive leadership positions at early-stage startups in the health tech industry.

Jan received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University Of Texas at Austin.

Lori Davis

VP, Consulting Services

Lori began working with Lev as a customer back in 2018, quickly transitioning over to an employee after falling in love with their consulting style. Over the past 5 years, she has progressed from program management to standing up new departments such as Technical Business Analysts and Management Consultants to being a delivery leader.

She is a seasoned technical strategist with over 20 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of technology and business challenges. Outside of her Lev life, Lori is a proud east coaster, residing with her husband, two children, and four fur babies. She enjoys reading, watching sports, and lounging on tropical islands.

Melissa Headshot

SVP, Sales & Marketing

Melissa built her career inside a publicly-traded technology innovator, ExactTarget (acquired by Salesforce in June ’13). In between Salesforce and Lev, she led sales and customer success for two successful scale-ups. In each role, she has contributed to the Company’s meteoric revenue growth through her Fortune 500 and global account leadership. She has played a key advisory role for client senior leadership teams for top financial institutions, retail brands, and QSR chains where she has been called on to expand and retain key client relationships while navigating complex contract negotiations.

In her free time, Melissa spends a lot of time outdoors camping with her husband and two boys.


VP, Client Success

Abbey realized her passion for developing technical expertise as a means of building relationships with teammates and clients when she volunteered to own and overhaul technical product support at Dyknow Software. Since then, she’s built her career by owning sales, client experience, and product functions in various leadership roles.

During her time at Lev, Abbey has led some of the organization’s most complex digital transformation projects for clients driving revenue and brand loyalty in Gaming, Professional Sports, and Financial Services. She has also partnered with clients and Salesforce to showcase joint accomplishments in sales, service, and digital marketing during events such as Dreamforce, Connections, and Ultraviolet.

Outside of work, Abbey practices yoga, loves Nashville SC and Preds games, and enjoys planning trips to hike with her husband BJ and their two dogs, Andy and Pete.

Matt Robinett

Head of Go-To-Market Strategy

Matt joined Lev as Global Head of GTM Strategy after several years in Cognizant’s Digital Business where he led multiple commercial leadership roles.

He started his career at one of the largest and most innovative independent digital agencies of its time, where he developed an interest for using emerging technologies to help clients transform their digital customer, marketing, and commerce experience. This interest has evolved into a passion for working with clients to imagine, define and execute bold visions for the future that create new experiences, businesses, and business models. To meet the constantly evolving needs of CMOs, CDOs, and CIOs, he’s focused on integrating industry leading capabilities across Lev & Cognizant to help the Global 2000 win their industry by delivering groundbreaking Customer Experiences.

When not working, Matt tries to keep up with his wife, four young kids, and dog as they explore their hometown of Chicago.

Chris Kessler

General Manager, UKI

Chris is an accomplished delivery and professional services sales leader with previous experience working at Salesforce, Adobe, and General Electric. Chris' Lev journey started out on the United States team, where he led Solution Architects and was directly involved in several key programs.

Chris then became our first hire in the United Kingdom and is now based in London where he oversees Lev's rapid expansion in this region. 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cycling, and traveling.
